The olive tree feels more at home in Greece than anywhere else in the world. Greek olive oil is a family affair as families have their own olive groves which produce the olive oil they consume yearly.  This tradition remains unchanged though generations.

KORONEIKI VARIETY 100%

The Estate is entirely planted with Koroneiki trees, an olive with local roots in Messinia which is considered the shining star among the many varieties thriving on Greek soil. The small Koroneiki olive produces oil with low acidity, an exquisitely fruity taste, and healing qualities. The hillside hosting our grove allows rain water to drain easily and rapidly, helping our trees enjoy a relatively dry terrain - the Koroneiki variety is know to favor.
